Many opportunities exist for families to become involved in the life of the school. Volunteer opportunities, as well as financial support of BCDS, not only affirm the mission of the school but also enhance the educational experience for families here.

The following is a partial list of volunteer opportunities for events and activities sponsored by the Parents Association:

• Parent grade representatives
• Annual family events
• Teacher appreciation breakfasts
• Receptions for plays and concerts

Giving to the Annual Fund is another opportunity to support the school. Parents, alumni, grandparents, staff, and friends of the school contribute to the Annual Fund to support the fiscal health of the school.
