Upper School advisors meet at least once a week with their advisory group (9th graders meet twice weekly; other grades meet once a week). The advisory group is grade-specific (e.g., all 10th graders). Advisors may use the group meeting time to have informal discussions, take care of required tasks such as course registration, discuss current events or special programs taking place at BCDS, or to create an action plan to support students in achieving their goals.
