For mature and team-oriented teens ages 13-15 seriously interested in developing their leadership skills and working with children. Under the supervision of the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) director, CIT's assist group counselors, teach activities and plan special events. Occasional day and overnight trips will provide opportunities to discuss camp experiences and build relationships. The application process includes the CIT application, a letter of recommendation, and a personal interview. CITs may choose to enroll in either four week session or the entire summer.
